Title: Programa de melhoria do acesso e qualidade da atenção básica: contribuições e fragilidades a nível nacional Author: Zanoni, Deiva Sidonia Eberhardt First advisor: Rossetto, Maíra Abstract: The PMAQ-AB is a program that aims to encourage managers and health teams to improve the quality of services offered to individuals in the territory through a set of qualification, monitoring and evaluation strategies. The present study aims to analyze the profile of Brazilian publications from the PMAQ-AB 1st and 2nd cycles, identifying the contributions, challenges and criticisms of the program for primary care. This is an integrative review of the literature with the inclusion of articles from the SCIELO, LILACS and PUBMED databases available until May 2019. In order to search for the studies, the descriptors “National Program for Improvement of access and quality” were combined OR PMAQ. 141 publications were found in Scielo, in Lilacs 150 and in Pubmed 40, totaling 331 studies, of which 150 were excluded (duplicates), leaving 181 for classificatory selection. Of these, 125 were discarded, thus resulting in the final sample of the present study. 56 publications were analyzed, bringing as characteristics of the sample the year of more publications 2014 with 25.8% and 2018 with 25%. The 1st cycle of the PMAQ-AB was used by 75% of the studies. Regarding journals, 50% were published in Magazine Saúde e Debate. As for the methodology, most studies used cross-sectional approaches and a sample composed of AB teams. About the locations studied, 66% of the publications used data from Brazil. The PMAQ-AB brought more contributions to Brazilian Primary Care than criticisms, the latter being used during planning at the municipal level in the area of targeted changes in access to health and quality of services provided to the population. And at the state and federal level, the criticisms can be drivers for improving the qualification of the existing programs and taken into account in the process of forming new evaluative and inductive strategies of Primary Care. Women throughout the historical construction of society have been silenced subjects, thus becoming a vulnerable segment that is conducive to the most diverse forms of exclusion and violence. The COVID-19 pandemic is a worldwide problem that has caused several biological, social, political, economic and cultural consequences. For the Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) this is undoubtedly one of the biggest challenges to be faced in relation to public policies. This study aims to understand the forms of self-care among generations of women from the COVID-19 pandemic. This is an exploratory, descriptive research with a qualitative approach, developed in 2021 in a municipality in the western region of Santa Catarina. The content was collected through semi-structured interviews, treated by content analysis, where a macro category emerged: Health promotion and health self-care during the COVID-19 pandemic. Evidencing the limitations of the effectiveness of the National Health Promotion Policy regarding the implementation of physical activity, healthy eating and mental health actions for women's health, as well as their co-responsibility for their health through self-care, empowerment and take care of yourself.
