Abstract: The research aims to identify new ways of leveraging notary offices to streamline bureaucracy by establishing criteria for identifying demands that can be operationalized within this environment (extrajudicial notary offices), with a view to increasing efficiency in public administration. It falls within the research line of Public Administration and Organizations, contributing to the understanding of debureaucratization in public administration. This is applied research dedicated to presenting a technical-technological product. It has a descriptive nature and a qualitative approach. A documentary procedure was adopted, using legislation, regulations, decrees, IBGE data, and other official documents as sources of information, which were organized into analytical categories and interpreted in light of the theoretical framework. As a result, the study verified the contribution of extrajudicial notary offices to reducing bureaucracy and supporting the process of dejudicialization, as well as the potential for new public services to be delegated to these entities. Its originality lies in attempting to present a method or criterion for listing cases that could be managed by notary offices, whose relevance lies in the effort to foster innovation within public administration to enhance its efficiency. As a practical contribution, the research enabled the creation of a technical-technological product designed to support public policy makers with information on how to identify and operationalize public services that can be delegated to notary offices.
