Abstract: The present work aims to enunciate an overview on the topic of the deaf student “Inclusion”, besides approaching the topic through legislation, in order to follow up the evolution of the Brazilian Sign Language (LIBRAS), consequently with the aim of contributing to the less known aspects by the education professionals and understanding that the inclusion is part of the school context. This way, knowledge will be searched through a literature review, which will have as methodological procedure the surveying of bibliographic data on the topic. It is noticed that the topic of inclusion in terms of deafness both in bibliographic and for the school community, is still very recent, as in legal terms the inclusion of deaf students in the school recently has obtained some achievements. Thus, this process of deaf students’ inclusion and the adjustments required in the school structure, curriculum and human resources of the school is still in construction and implantation process.

Abstract: This paper analyses meanings given to Heritage Education in Brazilian schooling policies. For this,&#xD;
we will study how the subject was introduced in the programme Mais Educação, looking at the&#xD;
document Guia Básico de Educação Patrimonial by Maria de Lourdes Parreiras Horta designed for&#xD;
the workshop of the programme and the presentation text for the mentioned program. So we will&#xD;
examine the concept heritage and how it is historically structured until today to analyse its&#xD;
articulation with political productions in the field of heritage education. With this conceptual and&#xD;
political analysis we begin a documental study aiming at identifying intentions and meanings given&#xD;
to the heritage education by the referred documents where the following analysis categories were&#xD;
listed: Recognition and Inclusion, Identity and Belonging, and Education and Citizenship. Finally&#xD;
we have noted that heritage education, its concepts and particular political productions satisfy&#xD;
historical demands of every social, economic and historical context.

Abstract: Este trabajo está situado en el campo de las políticas educacionales y objetiva analizar como se&#xD;
estableció el derecho a la educación primaria. Presentado una visión general del contexto político&#xD;
internacional, evidenciado por la reestructuración del sistema capitalista y la reforma del Estado,&#xD;
buscamos exponer los discursos de los organismos e instituciones internacionales como la ONU,&#xD;
UNESCO, CEPAL, con el fin de destacar sus metas educativas y objetivos articulados por ellos em&#xD;
la década de 1990. La educación, en este contexto, se presenta como un elemento sustancial frente a&#xD;
las nuevas exigencias tecnológicas del mercado y de la sociedad en fin del siglo XX. En esta&#xD;
perspectiva los objetivos son guiados alrededor de la eficiencia, economía y calidad, estos&#xD;
principios, presentes en los discursos internacionales relativos al campo de la educación, donde las&#xD;
políticas educativas brasileñas pasan a ser influenciadas por este proceso global. Programas y&#xD;
acciones realizados en el período posterior al régimen militar presentaram-se relacionados con el&#xD;
paradigma económico dominante, dando nuevos desarrollos en el sistema educativo brasileño. La&#xD;
metodología consistió en el análisis bilbiográfica, documental, así como de las leyes educativas del&#xD;
período analizado, sobre el derecho a la educación básica. Se hizo una apreciación de las&#xD;
constituciones de Brasil, siendo conferido el espacio y la dimensión ocupado relativamente por el&#xD;
derecho a la educación primaria. Además de las constituciones, las leyes de Directrices y Bases de&#xD;
la Educación de Brasil (1961, 1971, 1996), el Estatuto del Niño y del Adolescente y los programas y&#xD;
acciones de los gobiernos implantados por José Sarney (1985-1990), Fernando Collor de Mello&#xD;
( 1990-1992), Itamar Franco (1992-1994) y Fernando Henrique Cardoso (1995-1998/1999-2002)&#xD;
fueron los subsidios importantes de esta pesquisa. Basándose en documentos de nivel internacional&#xD;
sobre el contexto educativo y el aparato legal Constitucional brasileño, fue posible trazar una&#xD;
linealidad histórica que percurrió lo derecho a la educación y, más concretamente, la afirmación del&#xD;
derecho a la educación primaria.
