Abstract: This study aimed to analyze the prevalence of inappropriate use of antimicrobials
and characterize antimicrobial users in Primary Care. Method: This is a cross-sectional study
conducted from March to December 2024. Patients were included in the study after medication
withdrawal between November 2023 and May 2024. Data related to antimicrobials and the
sociodemographic and behavioral characteristics of users were analyzed. Result: The inappropriate use of antimicrobials was 9.2%, where the most dispensed antibiotic was
amoxicillin. More than 90% of the respondents were women between 18 and 59 years old.
Conclusion: The study concludes that inappropriate use of antibiotics in the community
remains a serious public health problem. It highlights the importance of health education
strategies and stricter regulations to ensure the correct use of antimicrobials.

Abstract: The increase in the population of immigrant women in Brazil and consequently of
users in the Unified Health System, becomes a demand for care, especially in Primary Care,
the gateway to women's health services. Objective: To understand immigrant women's
understanding of cytopathological examination in the territory of a Family Health Strategy in
the city of Marau/RS. Methods: This is an exploratory study with a qualitative
methodological approach of the research-intervention type with a sociodemographic
questionnaire and semi-structured interviews with immigrant women belonging to the territories, after consent and thematic analysis. Results: 120 immigrant women were
recruited into the Family Health Strategy system, of which 46 underwent cytopathological
examination according to registration in the Cancer Information System. Among the 120
migrant women mapped in this territory, 12 women between 18 and 55 years of age were
interviewed, through active search with community health agents, of two nationalities:
Venezuelan and Haitian. Conclusion: The understanding of Women's Health is still vague
between the two nationalities, while Venezuelan women know about the cytopathological
exam, Haitian women do not know about its performance and importance, since they did not
have it offered in their country. As a result, it was possible to know and understand the
challenges that led them to migrate, their knowledge about women's health in Brazil and what
they think needs to be improved. This study is expected to raise awareness about the
importance of cytopathological examination, promoting comprehensiveness, equity in the
health of this population.

Abstract: The migration process from Venezuela to Brazil presents challenges in the social, economic, and
healthcare domains. Women, by participating in this journey, face greater exposure to violence and vulnerabilities, as well as barriers to healthcare services that ensure sexual and reproductive rights. Women's health was one of the first priority areas in the Brazilian Unified Health System (SUS), with significant investments in Primary Care, aiming at comprehensive care and the promotion of women's health at all stages of life. This article aims to understand the migration experience of Venezuelan women attended in the Estratégia Saude da Família (ESF) territory in a city in the northern region of Rio Grande do Sul. The study took place between March 2024 and February 2025, using a methodological approach of intervention research, including a sociodemographic questionnaire and semi-structured interviews with 10 Venezuelan immigrant women. Content analysis was employed, with three categories of analysis identified: "The journey: the migration and remigration experience of Venezuelan women"; Perceptions of women's health in Venezuela and southern Brazil; and finally, "Fewer barriers, more connections: Challenges to better welcome." This work could contribute to the reception of women
in refugee conditions, as well as broaden discussions on improving care through ongoing education for healthcare teams and popular education for immigrant women.

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the sociodemographic profile of users who test reactive for
viral hepatitis, syphilis, and HIV, and how counseling occurs from the perception of users of a
Family Health Strategy located in the northern region of Rio Grande do Sul state. Method:
Exploratory and descriptive field research with a qualitative approach, classified as an
intervention-type study, which was conducted from July 2024 to February 2025. Results: It
was possible to identify how the process of reception and care performed by the
multiprofessional team occurred from the users' perception, as well as their understanding of
their diagnosis and the follow-up flow within the healthcare network. In this sense, it was
possible to identify that the multiprofessional team that works within the Family Health
Strategy has a structured process of reception, testing, diagnosis, counseling, treatment, and
care for people living with sexually transmitted infections, which is appropriate and
welcoming, impacting the lives of these people for better health and quality of life. As a
challenge, it is essential to provide ongoing education for Family Health Strategy and Health
Surveillance teams to develop strategies for overcoming taboos, supporting families, and
educating and preventing Sexually Transmitted Diseases in schools. Conclusions: The research
contributed to the qualification of care, the planning of effective promotion and prevention
actions, which is based on the knowledge of the limitations, characteristics, and needs of the
population.
