Abstract: In recent years, cancer diagnoses have increased exponentially throughout the global territory. Thus, living with the disease and starting chemotherapy treatment triggers feelings of anxiety, anguish and fear, which awaken a new look at existence itself. To analyze the relationships between the body and illness among cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. It is a qualitative methodology with the use of the theoretical framework of culture and embodiment. In all, 63 patients diagnosed with cancer undergoing chemotherapy treatment were interviewed and, among the results, the thematic analysis emerged four categories, namely: The body signals cancer, the body reacts to chemotherapy, the careless body and the religious body/ spiritual. In this study, the diagnosis of cancer directs attention to a careless body that understands the triggering factors of the disease based on the perception of lifestyle. Thus, the biological body after the initiation of chemotherapy awakens the vigilance of a sick body with multiple representations that interprets its existence and the impacts of treatment on the social, spiritual and cultural self.

Abstract: The performance of nursing with cancer patients in Palliative Care (PC) in Primary Care (AB) seeks to promote the quality of life of these individuals and their families as a guarantee of comprehensive care, promoting humanized and dignified care, an efficient way to face disease and minimizing suffering. In view of this contest, this study aimed to gather, analyze and synthesize scientific evidence available in the literature, related to the assistance of nurses to individuals in Palliative Care in Primary Care. Therefore, it was an integrative literature review carried out in the Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS), Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE) via PubMed, and Scientific Electronic Library Online ( Scielo ). Twelve articles were analyzed after systematic selection, synthesized in a table with characteristics regarding their authors, titles, year of publication, objectives, methodology used, and main results and elaborated. The study findings show a deficit in the care of cancer patients undergoing palliative care, as well as in the support of the professional who deals daily in this sector. In view of the literature, it was concluded that specialized health care in oncology care for palliative patients is of fundamental importance and brings multiple benefits to them, however it still faces great difficulties, such as the deficit of trained professionals for this purpose.

Abstract: Oral administration of antineoplastic drugs for the treatment of oncological diseases brings many advantages to patients. However, adherence to the therapeutic protocol is one of the main barriers, since it requires a routine of drug administration and is associated with the occurrence of adverse effects. Thus, this research aims to evaluate the adherence of patients to oral antineoplastic treatments, identifying the main adverse effects reported by users. The methodology adopted for the execution of the study is quantitative, descriptive. The data collection tool was a structured questionnaire answered by patients in outpatient follow-up at public hospital, in the city of Erechim, state of Rio Grande do Sul, carried out from December 2022 to January 2023. Adherence to treatment with oral antineoplastics was evaluated using the Morisky-Green Test, it was possible to identify that 23.8% of respondents did not adhere to treatment at times, omitting doses or interrupting treatment when they considered themselves clinically worse and 76.2% showed adherence to treatment. Regarding the occurrence of adverse reactions, the most frequently reported were: fatigue (81%), arthralgia (76.2%), hot flushes (71.4%), edema (42.9%), weight gain
(33.3%), hyperpigmentation of the skin (28.6%), alopecia (23.8%), constipation (19%),
rashes (14%) (14.3%), nausea (14.3%), diarrhea (9.5%), anemia (9.5%), oral mucositis (9.5%), weight loss and scleroderma (4.8%). These complaints, associated with the use of oral antineoplastic drugs, cause great impact on treatment adherence and quality of life of patients, since they can affect the physical, emotional and social state. Despite the high incidence of these symptoms, some patients reported lack of guidance by the nursing team, especially regarding preventive care related to adverse effects arising from the use of antitumor drugs. Thus, the study suggests that it is necessary a more incisive and permanent orientation, by the nursing and pharmaceutical team, in order to follow the protocol correctly. There is no doubt, then, that the nursing team plays a key role in the prevention of symptoms and in the care of cancer patients undergoing antineoplastic oral treatment, interventions about prevention and the necessary care in the face of adverse events.

Abstract: Cancer is defined as a genetic alteration in which there is an alteration and disorderly growth of cells in a given tissue. Therefore, early detection is essential for control and treatment, when the diagnosis is made late, there is an increase in morbidity and mortality rates, the best way to prevent cervical cancer is to perform cytopathology. Actions to control the disease have been implemented since the last century, however the data still show high mortality rates. Women with disabilities and reduced mobility encounter many difficulties in health services that can discourage or prevent access to gynecological follow-up. Therefore, the objective of this study was to evaluate cervical cancer screening in women with physical motor disabilities in primary care. to the health. This is a quantitative study, used for data collection the instrument of the study by Sperling et al, the instrument was sent to the Family Health Centers in the municipality directed to the assistance nurses who carry out preventive collection in their daily routines . Excel and Pspp programs were used for data analysis. Pearson's chi-square test was used to analyze the distribution of the dependent variable with a 95% confidence interval, considering statistically significant values of p< 0.05. The study concludes that the municipality has strong points in the care network, such as the involvement of the team (Acs, physician and other professionals) in monitoring this public, the data are filed in electronic medical records, which allows all professionals in the network to have access to information. However, it is necessary to adapt the physical structure, which is one of the points that do not allow accessibility and adequate care for these women.
