Abstract/Resumen: This paper analyzes the development of feminist thought and its implications on the struggle of women for the right to their body, to education and to public spaces, with focus on road running as a sport practice. The study is based on a bibliographic review of classic and contemporary women authors to comprehend feminism as a movement that advocates women's autonomy against the patriarchal structures that historically have excluded women from political and intellectual life. Women’s trajectory in sport has been examined since the prohibition of female participation in the first modern Olympic Games to the achievement of symbolic milestones, like Kathrine Switzer’s participation in the Boston Marathon and Maria Lenk in national scenario. In the contemporary context of the fourth feminist wave, the research discusses how the use of digital technologies and the intersectionality perspective enhance the occupation of urban territories by women. The scenario of investigation is the municipality of Getúlio Vargas (RS), where it’s been observed an expressive increase of feminine participation in road running events, from 14 in 2016 to 153 women participants in 2025, in other words, an approximate increase of 993% in the number of women participants in 9 years. Through field observations and the author’s lived experience as a runner, the paper identifies that, despite the urban infrastructure has evolved, limitations like insufficient lighting still determine the appropriation of spaces by women in specific periods of the day. It is concluded that road running in Getúlio Vargas constitutes an act of resistance and of symbolic appropriation in urban spaces, challenging gender norms and reaffirming women’s right to the city and to bodily autonomy.

Abstract/Resumen: Travay final kou sa a prezante gravite ak pwofondè kriz imanitè an nAyiti, sitou nan
Pòtoprens, kapital peyi a. Travay la bay rapò sou Ayiti, yon peyi ki trè vilnerab a katastwòf.
An 2010, te gen yon tranblemanntè ki te ravaje peyi a ki te touye moun e detwi sa moun yo te

Abstract/Resumen: This stud anal zes the conditions and factors that favor the permanence of oung farmers in the Erechim region, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, with emphasis on so bean production and land leasing. Although rural outh exodus remains predominant, there is a specific segment of oung people, mostl from famil farming, who choose to remain in the countr side b engaging with agribusiness d namics and agricultural modernization. Based on a qualitative approach and the anal sis of three case studies, the research seeks to understand how these oung farmers build productive strategies, access public policies, and integrate into competitive markets. It is important to note that this profile represents a minorit within rural outh as a whole, et it holds significant economic and social relevance in the territories where it operates. Permanence is associated with management skills, the use of technolog , and the support of famil , cooperative, and institutional networks. B giving visibilit to this group, the stud contributes to the debate on rural outh, succession, and sustainable development, while also recognizing the diversit of strategies that enable sta ing in the countr side.

Abstract/Resumen: The present study aimed to characterize the pollen composition in the municipality of Erechim, Rio Grande do Sul, throughout the year 2025, through the application of conventional methods of collection, preparation, and microscopic analysis of aeropollen samples. Sampling was conducted monthly at two distinct locations: the first in a rural area and the second in the urban area of the municipality, covering all seasons of the year according to the meteorological calendar. These sites were selected to represent different environmental contexts, allowing for a comparative analysis of pollen distribution patterns in areas with distinct land uses and vegetation cover. Three sampling campaigns were carried out, corresponding to the months of June, August, and September. The results revealed a notable abundance of grassland taxa, which accounted for 92.50% of the analyzed pollen grains. Within this group, the families Poaceae and Asteraceae were the most representative. The taxa presenting the greatest species variation belonged to forest groups, which represented 5.6% of the total pollen grains. Among these taxa, representatives of the families Urticaceae, Bignoniaceae, and Piperaceae were identified, as well as the genera Allophylus, Matayba, Myrsine, and Mimosa. The group of exotic taxa was represented by Pinus (1.72%) and Alnus (0.18%). The data obtained will contribute to a broader understanding of local vegetation and will provide relevant support for future environmental research, studies of phytophysiognomic characterization, and air quality monitoring, in addition to identifying species that may act as potential producers of pollinosis.
