Utilização de linhas de financiamento para investimento por agricultores de Guarani das Missões/RS

Abstract

This paper investigates the reasons for which farmers Guarani Missions acquire financing for investments, and why they choose certain line of credit. For it was proposed to identify determinants for success or failure of investments made from the use of funding in rural properties Guarani Missions-RS. A literature review that addressed topics such as the characterization of the sector at the national, state and local level, the agricultural sector and rural properties, rural credit, lines of financing, investments and investment analysis and financial management was taken. The third section of this paper is the methodology which is described in the form of research to be used. This study was conducted interviews with farmers in the Guarani Missions who underwent viability of projects by the office Emater, total 10 projects were interviewed and they are indicated by Emater. As the analysis we carried out a comparison between the responses collected from the farmers in the interviews and the literature presented in this work. After analyzing the interviews can be seen that the farmers are satisfied with the projects undertaken, but it is still too recent to say that the projects carried out in 2013 had success or failure in its implementation.
