Abstract: | Soy is one of the most produced crops in the world, with great socioeconomic importance because it can be used for various purposes from the production of food (human and animal), pharmaceutical industries, also having important role in the economy of several countries. The producers seek to produce as much as possible, trying to provide the necessary conditions for the soybean to expose its full potential. For this to happen, great attention is required at every stage of the crop, from the implantation of the crop to the harvest. One of the most important factors for good productivity is the longitudinal distribution of seeds. Therefore, the objective of this work was to evaluate the influence of the speed of displacement of the soybean cultivator, operating with different sowing densities. The work was carried out in 2018 on the property of Mr. Egon Reinoldo Uecker, located in the interior of the municipality of Eugenio de Castro - RS, between the coordinates of 28 ° 29'23.0 "S 54 ° 12'02.8" W at an altitude average of 260 meters. The design was DBC, with 16 treatments and three replications, totalizing 48 UE's (Experimental Units) distributed in a factorial scheme of 4 (velocities) X 4 (seeding densities). Acceptable spacings decreased as the density and sowing rate increased. |
