dc.description.abstractThe sexuality is problematized, in the context of this study, in a procedural and complex way, being traversed by a series of taboos markedly present in western culture. In the scenario of the disability, the social imaginary tied to sexuality is polarized and associated with two major dimensions: the first, of the excess and second, the lack. This research-action aimed to investigate the process of sexual education experienced by young deaf, especially with regard to the participation of the family and the school in promoting sexual and reproductive rights. Participated in this study two young people, a man and a woman, between 18 and 25 years, residents of Paraná’s inner cities. All measures for the implementation of ethical scientific research have been taken. He methodology consisted of the realization of interviews semistructured with the investigated ones, analysed through the technique of analysis of content of Bardin. In the sequence, an intervention happened with the intention of promoting sexual education to the participants of the study. The collected data were analysed and were systematized with educational ends in two dimensions knowing: existence of the sexuality and sexual education. In the first dimension it passively realized that the participants of the study it has an existence of the sexuality ruled in prescriptive and culturally you throw restrictions. The communication also presented itself one of the mechanisms of great influence in the sex life of these subjects. Regarding sexual education, the young deaf persons dispose of social referential systems represented by the family, school and culture in the senses construction on sexuality. The preventive behavior and the level of information of these young persons doctor / biologist of the sexuality showed limited to the education. There is emphasized the necessity of studies and creation of education policies that address in the significant form to attend the sexual education of these young persons, in a perspective of positivity of the sexuality.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoA sexualidade é pensada, no contexto deste estudo, de maneira processual e complexa, estando atravessada por uma série de tabus marcadamente presentes na cultura ocidental. No cenário da deficiência, o imaginário social atrelado à sexualidade mostra-se polarizado estando associado a duas grandes dimensões: a da falta e a do excesso. Esta pesquisa-ação teve como objetivo investigar o processo de educação sexual vivenciado por jovens surdos, sobretudo no que tange à participação da família e da escola na promoção dos direitos sexuais e reprodutivos. Participaram do estudo dois jovens, um homem e uma mulher, entre 18 e 25 anos, moradores de cidades do interior do Paraná. Foram tomadas todas as medidas éticas aplicáveis à execução da investigação científica. A metodologia consistiu na realização de entrevistas semiestruturadas com os investigados, analisadas por meio da técnica de análise de conteúdo de Bardin. Na sequência, realizou-se uma intervenção com o intuito de promover educação sexual aos participantes do estudo. Os dados coletados foram analisados e expressaram duas dimensões a saber: vivência da sexualidade e educação sexual. Os participantes demonstraram os consequentes causados pela comunicação, pelo acesso à informação e pela relação dos referenciais sociais, representados pela família, escola e cultura em suas manifestações sexuais. Enfatiza-se a necessidade de estudos e criação de políticas educacionais que se dirijam de forma significativa a atender a educação sexual desses jovens, numa perspectiva de positividade da sexualidade.pt_BR
