dc.description.abstractThe storage the acidic 'Tahiti' an increase in the period of commercialization of the fruits, however, the loss of the green coloration and mass loss is the main problem. Therefore, the objective of the present work was to analyze the storage in different temperature and absorption gas atmospheric conditions. Two experiments were carried out: a) The experiment 1 experiment was to define the best storage temperature, using temperatures of 5 ° C, 10 ° C, 15 ° C and 20 ° C. b) The experiment 2 was run at temperatures of 5 °C and 20 °C with O2 absorber treatments; CO2 absorber and O2 absorber + CO2 absorber. It is concluded that the storage time of 2 months at 5 °C is the most adequate, as evidenced by experiment 2pt_BR
dc.description.resumoO Armazenamento da lima ácida ‘Tahiti’ possibilita um aumento no período de comercialização dos frutos, no entanto, a perda da coloração verde da casca e a turgescência são os principais problemas. Diante disso, o objetivo do presente trabalho foi analisar o armazenamento de limas ácidas em diferentes temperaturas e condições de absorção de gases. Foram realizados dois experimentos: a) O ensaio do experimento 1 foi para definir a melhor temperatura de armazenamento, e, para isso utilizou-se as temperaturas de 5°C, 10°C, 15°C e 20°C. b) O ensaio do experimento 2 utilizou-se as temperaturas de 5°C e 20°C, com os tratamentos de: absorvedor de O2; absorvedor de CO2 e Absorvedor de O2 + absorvedor de CO2. Conclui-se que o tempo de armazenagem de 2 meses à 5°C foi o mais adequado, comprovado pelo experimento 2.pt_BR
