dc.description.abstractThe present study was carried out in vitro plants introduction of Eucaliptus saligna from seeds and callus induction from cotyledonary leaves cultured on MS medium containing different combinations of ANA and BAP concentrations. The best result for callogenesis induction was MS medium containing 0,25 and 0,5 mg L-1 ANA and BAP respectively. At conclusion in this research, the asepsis protocol was efficient as well as the callogenesis induction, however future studies will be necessary to complete the plant regeneration protocol using the callus formation methodology presented here.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoO presente estudo teve como objetivo principal, a introdução in vitro de plantas de Eucaliptus saligna via sementes e posterior indução de calos a partir de explantes cotiledonares cultivados em meio de cultura Murashige e Skoog (MS) contendo diferentes combinações de concentrações de ácido naftalenoacético (ANA) e 6- benzilaminopurina (BAP). O melhor resultado para a calogênese foi o tratamento contendo 0,25 e 0,5 mg L-1 de ANA e BAP. Concluiu-se neste trabalho que o protocolo de assepsia foi eficiente bem como a calogênese, porém futuros estudos serão necessários para completar o protocolo de regeneração de plantas a partir da metodologia de formação de calos aqui presente.pt_BR
