dc.description.abstractThe present work researched the history of the tailoring profession, and how it has changed over the years. In the first moment we made a brief history about the beginning of the profession, and how it became important in the past. And with the advent of mass production, it turned into a low-value profession. In order to understand these changes, I reported here my story as a tailor, the difficulties of having to guarantee the support of the family with a profession that is undervalued by industrial production.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoO presente trabalho pesquisou a história da profissão de alfaiate, e como ela se modificou no decorres dos anos. No primeiro momento fizemos um breve histórico sobre o início da profissão, e como ela se tornou importante no passado. E como a chegada da produção de confecção em série, ela se transformou em uma profissão de pouco valor. Para compreender essas mudanças, relatei aqui a minha história com alfaiate, as dificuldades de precisar garantir o sustento da família com uma profissão desvalorizada pela produção industrial.pt_BR
