dc.description.abstractThe development of this monograph seeks to present the struggle of workers for better working conditions and remuneration in western Santa Catarina, we are approaching the year 2010, when there was a change in the board of directors of the agroindustry workers union, a fact that is our research object. Gather information from Sitracarnes (Union of Meat Workers), to analyze the capital-labor relationship in Chapecó, when Sadia workers (today a brand of the BRF group) conquered the union board, hypothetically thus configuring a strong and legitimate representation of the class hardworking.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoO desenvolvimento desta monografia busca apresentar a luta dos trabalhadores por melhores condições de trabalho e remuneração no oeste catarinense, nos aproximamos do ano de 2010, quando ocorreu a mudança na diretoria do sindicato dos trabalhadores da agroindústria, fato que é nosso objeto de pesquisa. Colhemos informações junto ao Sitracarnes (Sindicato dos Trabalhadores das Carnes), para analisar a relação capital-trabalho em Chapecó, quando trabalhadores da Sadia (hoje marca do grupo BRF) conquistaram a diretoria do sindicato, hipoteticamente configurando assim uma representatividade forte e legitima da classe trabalhadorapt_BR
