| Title: | Trajetória da sucessão das pequenas propriedades rurais em Xavantina a partir da década de 1940 |

| Resume: | Neste trabalho, buscamos analisar a história do município de Xavantiva e a pratica de compras e vendas de terras, a forma como era realizada a sucessão pelas famílias através de relatos e documentos. A participação que a entrada das agroindústrias e principalmente a atividade da suinocultura provocaram na região, principalmente no município e a influencia que trouxera. Evidenciando desta forma a micro história a tendências e privilégios ao filho mais novo, dito como sucessor. Os resultados do trabalho indicaram através dos relatos das famílias que os filhos mais jovens tendem a permanecer com os pais e na maioria das vezes recebem a maior parte da herança por permanecerem ali. Além disso, os centros urbanos e a industrialização motivaram muitas pessoas a deixar a agricultura e observa-se também que a cultura foi se transformando, hoje em dia os filhos não recebem necessariamente herança ao sair de casa, já que começam a trabalhar antes e já possuem um meio de subsistência, ou saem de casa para estudar e recebem auxilio financeiro dos pais. |
| Abstract: | In this paper, we analyze the history of Xavantiva municipality and the practice of purchases and land sales, the way it was carried out by the succession families through reports and documents. Participation to the entry of agricultural industries and especially the pig farming activity caused the region, mainly in the city and the influence he had brought. Evidencing this way the micro history trends and privileges to the youngest son, said as his successor. Our results indicated through the accounts of households that younger children tend to stay with their parents and most often receive most of the inheritance for staying there. Moreover, urban centers and industrialization led many people to leave agriculture and is also observed that the culture was changing, nowadays children do not necessarily receive inheritance to leave the house, since start working before and now They have a livelihood, or leave home to study and receive financial assistance from their parents. |
