A importância da gestão democrática para a melhoria da qualidade do processo de ensino e aprendizagem escolar

Abstract

This article has the aim of reflecting about the importance of a democratic educational management model to the teaching and learning process in the guarantee of education quality. Therefore, it is necessary to understand about the conception of quality in the educational sphere and which ways the planning of de Pedagogic Political Project can help meet these concepts. It is intended with this study to clear the democratic educational management model as one of the possible ways to guarantee the education quality. The methodology used was a bibliographic research in articles which consider the theme about democratic management and teaching quality, and also authors like Libâneo (2004, 2013), Paro (1996, 1998, 2011) e Frigotto (2010, 2012). Although, the studies emphasize the importance of the democratic management to the teaching quality, there is also the necessity of the school deepening the discussion about the subject to achieve an effective democratic management, fundamental condition to the improvement of the quality in the school teaching and learning process.
