Mulheres no mercado de trabalho: estudo bibliométrico dos artigos publicados nos anais do ENANPAD entre os anos de 2005 a 2015

Abstract

The present study deals with the issue of women in the labor market, analyzing and identifying the production and scientific publication in the annals of EnANPAD (Meeting of the National Association of Postgraduate Programs in Administration), between the years 2005 to 2015. From this thus, bibliometric analysis was used as a methodology, characterizing the research as quantitative descriptive. For that, we analyzed 65 scientific articles found in the database of EnANPAD and selected through the descriptors Feminine, Female, Women, Woman, Female work. Data analysis was performed taking into consideration the response to the specific objectives proposed by the study. Thus, in the first moment the analysis of the evolution of publications on the theme over time was carried out. Soon after, authors, methodologies and institutions with more publications in relation to the authors were presented. Next, the main research areas of the selected studies on women in the labor market were analyzed, as well as the identification of the limits and potentialities highlighted in the selected papers, which may to contribute in administration area. The results found are related to more openness of studies on women in the labor market, still requiring a broader range of studies in the different areas of female performance. In this sense, a study is suggested to determine the evolution of women's participation in academic articles, with themes that go beyond their evolution in the labor market.
