Title: Processo decisório para o empreendedor rural de Chapecó

Resume: A cidade de Chapecó está inserida em um cenário forte na produção agrícola e ele está diretamente ligado à econômico local. Diante desse contexto, o empreendedor rural precisa desenvolver habilidades e conhecimentos para estar sempre suprindo, com qualidade e boa produtividade,as demandas do mercado consumidor. Esse contexto conduz a necessidade da compreensão de como os empreendedores destas propriedades rurais de Chapecó-SC estruturam o processo de tomada de decisão referente as escolhas de como, quando e o que comprar, cultivar e comercializar. A pesquisa se caracteriza como um estudo de múltiplos casos, com abordagem exploratória e qualitativa. O objetivo de pesquisa foi suprido mediante uma pesquisa com empreendedores rurais da cidade de Chapecó-SC. A coleta dos dados foi realizada por meio de uma entrevista com roteiro semi-estruturado baseado no conjunto de fatores que influenciam na tomada de decisão, juntamente foi realizada a técnica de observação. A análise dos dados foi estruturada em: 1) Perfil dos entrevistados; e 2) Fatores de influência na tomada de decisão, onde se encontram os seguintes fatores: a)Fatores Operacionais; b) Fatores Organizacionais; c) Fatores Externos; d)Fatores informacionais; e)Fatores Gerenciais. O resultado obtido demonstra que o processo de tomada de decisão é realizado no grupo familiar e de forma simples, utilizando basicamente o conhecimento obtido no trabalho diário. Como considerações finais da pesquisa revela-se ser necessário maior aprofundamento no processo de tomada de decisão do empreendedor rural.
Abstract: The city of Chapecó is embedded in a strong scenario in agricultural production and it is directly linked to the local economy. Given this context, the rural entrepreneur needs to develop skills and knowledge to be always supplying, with quality and good productivity, the demands of the consumer market. This context leads to the need to understand how the entrepreneurs of these rural properties of Chapecó-SC structure the decision-making process regarding the choices of how, when and what to buy, cultivate and commercialize. The research is characterized as a multiple case study, with an exploratory and qualitative approach. The research objective was provided through a survey of rural entrepreneurs from the city of Chapecó-SC. The data collection was performed through an interview with a semistructured script based on the set of factors that influence decision making, together with the observation technique. Data analysis was structured in: 1) Profile of the interviewees; and 2) Influence factors in decision making, where the following factors are found: a) Operational factors; b) Organizational Factors; c) External factors; d) Informational factors; e) Management Factors. The result obtained demonstrates that the decision-making process is performed in the family group and in a simple way, basically using the knowledge obtained in the daily work. As final considerations of the research it is revealed that it is necessary to deepen the process of decision-making of the rural entrepreneur.
