Avaliação da germinação de sementes de aveia preta, com diferentes herbicidas na pré - colheita

Abstract

In order to study the efficiency of desiccant herbicides, the viability of harvest anticipation and its effects on the germination of black oat seeds, a research was carried out in the Experimental Area and in the Plant Nutrition Physiology Laboratory of the Federal University of the Southern Border - Cerro Largo -RS campus. The cultivar Embrapa Garoa 29 was used for this purpose, in which it was planted in 2017. The experimental design was a completely randomized design with four types of herbicides and one control, with four replicates each. Data analysis and interpretation of results were as follows; the desiccant herbicide Paraquat provided anticipation of the harvest in twelve days, causing damages in the germination and the quality of the seeds; the other applied desiccant herbicides obtained a seven day anticipation, did not affect the yield, but affect the quality of the seeds, but not as significantly as Paraquat.
