Resume: | As discussões acerca do tema Políticas Públicas em educação são muito amplas e caminham desde a construção de uma escola, formação de um professor, merenda escolar, transporte escolar, salário de professores até a qualidade do ensino em si, ou seja, tudo o que interfere para que a educação seja efetiva implica em uma política pública. A presente pesquisa teve como objetivo geral os estudos científicos sobre políticas públicas em educação publicados no portal de periódicos CAPES, no período de 2013 a 2017, A metodologia utilizada foi a análise Bibliométrica no portal de periódicos CAPES. A análise dos dados foi realizada de modo a atender aos objetivos específicos: realizou-se primeiramente a verificação de quais seriam os principais autores e periódicos que concentram as publicações sobre o tema; identificou-se os principais métodos e as técnicas utilizadas em estudos sobre a temática de políticas públicas em educação; verificou-se as áreas de investigação no tema políticas públicas em educação dos estudos selecionados. Em relação aos principais autores, constatou-se que não há, pois nenhum autor foi repetido nos cinquenta e cinco (55) artigos selecionados. Em relação aos periódicos, a Laplage em Revista foi a que mais se destacou concentrando a maioria de artigos publicados e tendo uma considerável variedade de periódicos. A abordagem da pesquisa foi qualitativa, o procedimento utilizado foi a revisão bibliográfica e o objetivo mais utilizado foi o descritivo, inferindo o caráter subjetivo do tema. |
Abstract: | Discussions regarding Public Politics in education are rather high, concerning from school building, to teacher academic formation, school lunch, school transportation, teacher’s income and even the quality of education itself, in other words, everything that interferes on the education effectiveness, implies a public politic. The following study aimed for the scientific searches about public politics in education published on CAPES articles, during the period from 2013 to 2017. As methodology a bibliographic analysis was utilized on the CAPES journal portal. Data analysis was accomplished in order to comply with the specific objectives. Thus, initially was performed a verification on which would be the preeminent authors and articles that focused on the theme; the identification of main methods and techniques utilized on studies about public politics in education; next, it was analyzed the investigation area regarding public politics in education of the selected studies. Therefore, it was attested that there aren’t preeminent authors, once none of the authors were mentioned twice on the fifty five (55) selected articles. Regarding to the articles, the Laplage Magazine was the predominant, concentrating most of the published articles, containing a considerable amount of articles. Most of the methods and techniques were, as for the approach, qualitative searches, with bibliographic proceedings, and regarding to the objective the most utilized was the descriptive study. Implying the subjective character of the theme. |
