| Abstract: | The strawberry, originating in the Americas, is a creeping plant belonging to the rosacea family. Its consumption is annual, but can be perennial. With the best genetic there are more species cultivated in relation to the photoperiod, being this a characteristic no longer limiting in the crop, guaranteeing a production in the most diverse regions. |
