| Resume: | O trabalho intitulado “Alimentação Escolar e Agricultura Familiar: Reconectando o Consumo à Produção”, relata os estudos sobre as novas perspectivas da agricultura familiar no atendimento das demandas da alimentação escolar, identificando nos registros documentais da secretaria municipal de educação de Cerro Largo e nos registros das escolas estaduais existentes no município em estudo, as possíveis convergências e divergências existentes. Serão analisadas as aproximações entre a produção na agricultara familiar e o consumo de alimentação escolar, no período de 2014-2015, bem como se estão em conformidade com a lei n° 11.947, de 16 de junho de 2009, que estabelece o valor mínimo de 30% do orçamento, para compra de merenda escolar oriunda da agricultura familiar local. Diante da conjuntura econômica atual, onde muito se ouve falar em agricultura familiar, busca-se verificar com este trabalho, o quanto Cerro Largo, município localizado na região das missões, no estado do Rio Grande do Sul, está investindo nos/as agricultores/as e em suas produções, por meio de compras para a merenda escolar. A opção metodológica por uma pesquisa de natureza qualitativa, com caráter descritivo e documental, (bibliográfico) e ênfase em procedimentos de análises de conteúdo foi o método escolhido para o desenvolvimento deste trabalho. |
| Resumen : | The work entitled "School Feeding and Family Farming: Reconnecting the consumption to production," reports the studies on new prospects of family farming in meeting the demands of school meals, identifying the documentary record of the municipal Cerro Largo education and records of state schools existing in the city under study, possible convergences and divergences. Approaches will be analyzed between production in family farming and the consumption of school meals, from 2014-2015, as well as whether they comply with the law n ° 11.947 of 16 June 2009 laying down the minimum amount of 30% of the budget for the purchase of school meals derived from local family farming.Given the current economic environment, where much is said about in family farming, the aim is to check with this job, how much Cerro Largo, municipality located in the region of the missions in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, is investing in / the farmers / the and their productions through shopping for school meals. The methodological choice of a qualitative research, with descriptive and documentary, (literature) and emphasis on content analysis procedures was the method chosen for the development of this work. |
