Êxodo da jovem rural: um estudo no município de cruzatense- RS

Abstract

The process ofrural-urbanmigrationis becomingsignificantevery year. It iseven more apparentwhen analyzingthe issueof young people tothis process, which isincreasingly difficulttostayinthesefield.Theissue of gendershouldalso betaken intoaccount andthatthepatriarchal society, represented by the masculinesphere,evenwithmore representationin the field, excludes womenfrom decision-makingprocesses, thus contributing tothe intensificationof the exodusof the youngin these processes. Given theimportance of studyingissues relatedto theseissuesand the fact thatthis processbe part of thereality of theauthor, this work aims toinvestigateaspectsrelated to the currentmigrationof ruralyouthin the municipality ofCruzaltense, situated in thenorthern RioGrande do Sulordertothe proposed themeandcontentin order toget answersto the objectives, the methodology of thestudy wasqualitative and quantitativefocus, provided with the use ofprimary databyconductingfield research, andsecondary data obtainedthrough statistical data.Thus, from theresearch it was possibleto identifythe correlationof somemultifactorialaspectsand processes ofmigrationrural townin the municipality; identify theperspective ofruralyoung people whoare stillthere;andunderstand the mainreasons formigrationby thoseyoung people, especially for womenindicatesthatto be theones that havemigrated, but stillhavea strong bondto the rural environment.
