| Resume: | Anatomia humana é a ciência que estuda as estruturas do corpo, sendo uma disciplina tradicional nos cursos da área de saúde. Esse conhecimento é inserido no currículo da formação do curso de direito, juntamente com o ensino de medicina legal, objetivando a assimilação da teoria e prática, possibilitando analisar os laudos com base nas provas dos autos, sem influências externas. Entretanto ter conhecimento científico não é um requisito para ser jurado. O tribunal de júri, é uma instituição criada para julgamento de criminosos que são investigados por cometerem crimes dolosos em desfavor da vida. Assim, o objetivo deste trabalho foi a investigação do conhecimento dos jurados da lista pública quanto ao conhecimento de anatomia humana no julgamento de crimes de júri popular. A metodologia consistiu no estudo dos processos julgados no período de 2009 a 2014, onde ocorreram decisões incoerentes ocorrendo a nulidade do julgamento, e aplicação do questionário semiestruturado com questões referentes a anatomia humana. Os resultados obtidos permitiram comprovar a importância do conhecimento de anatomia humana na tomada de decisão do júri popular. |
| Resumen : | Human anatomy is the science that studies the structures of the body, being a traditional discipline in healthcare courses. This knowledge is included in the curriculum of the training course of law, along with the teaching of forensic medicine, aimed at assimilation of theory and practice, enabling the analysis of the reports based on the evidence in the file, without external influences. However having scientific knowledge is not a requirement to be sworn. The jury court is an institution created for judging criminals who are investigated for committing intentional crimes to the detriment of life.The objective of this study was to investigate the knowledge of jurors on the list of public knowledge of human anatomy in the trial of jury crimes. The methodology consisted in the study of cases tried in the period 2009 to 2014, where there were inconsistent decisions occurring a mistrial, and application of semi-structured questionnaire with questions related to human anatomy. The results obtained allowed to demonstrate the importance of knowledge of human anatomy in the decision making of the jury. |
