Movimento Sul é meu país: análise da forma de organização e ação

Abstract

This present study address the separatist movement organization O Sul É Meu País, where in loose translation from portuguese is The South Is My Country, focusing in the organization and actions of the municipal commissions of Chapecó regions, in the state of Santa Catarina. It was developed a historical timeline from movements that were seeking a way to split the south region along years, and how this fact inflicts in the builds of this contemporaneous movement, where brings again, arguments directed to federal taxes, its return to south region and political disillusions. In an age where online social networks get stronger in our society, the separatist organizationaimstoadaptandreachabiggernumberofpeapleinthepromotionofitsideasand actions. Itwasfurtherexaminedthecyclesandmainleadershipsoftheinstitution,themunicipal commissions’ role about accomplished events together the community, and how online social networks influencing leaders and supporters’ comunication and mobilising. The research’s source are books, articles, newspapers, the institution’s oficial channels in the internet, beyond the interviews with the commissions leaders.
