Author: Fedrizzi, Joice Cristina
First advisor: Primam, Gisele Leite de Lima
Abstract: This research aims to analyze the pollen present in the soil and sediments of Parque Nacional das Araucárias. Were collected from the soil surface layer four samples, being them: One in regeneration area, two in native forest area and one in silviculture area. The tests were processed in the laboratory, through chemical treatment. After this processing stage, the slides were assembled for analysis under the microscope. The research work helps the forms of energy present in the Parque Nacional Araucárias from the pollen grains and spores recovered from soil samples in four distinct areas within this Conservation Unit.
