Fenologia, produção e produtividade de cinco genótipos de morangueiro nas condições edafoclimáticas do município de Laranjeiras do Sul - PR

Abstract

The selection of new strawberry genotypes includes evaluating their adaptability on the soil and climatic conditions of the place of interest. The evaluation of phenology and genotype production describes the behavior and performance of these materials so that the genotype environment interaction added to the management determine the productivity and quality of the fruit. Thus, the objective of this study was to evaluate the phenology, yield and productivity of five strawberry genotypes in the municipality of Laranjeiras do Sul - PR. The experiment was carried out in the experimental area of the Frontier South Federal University, Campus Laranjeiras do Sul. The production system used was organic, in the soil under cover of low tunnels. The Italian selections CREA FRF LAM01, CREA FRF LAM18, CREA FRFFC104, CREA FRF PA109 and the North American cultivar Albion were used. The cultivar Albion cultivar requires a lower thermal sum to be developed. The cultivar, cultivar Albion, and the cultivar Albion cultivar, were selected for the first time (flowering, fruiting and harvesting) and duration of the different phenological stages. The selection CREA FRF LAM01 increased production per plant among the others, but all genotypes were suitable for cultivation in the conditions of Laranjeiras do Sul, since they matched the productive reality for the crop in the region.
