Colégio Estadual do Campo Chico Mendes: uma análise de sua trajetória histórica no âmbito da luta pelo direito à educação escolar

Abstract

The research entitled "Chico Mendes Field State College: an analysis of its historical trajectory in the context of the struggle for the right to school education "was prospect of historicizing the trajectory of the Campo Chico Mendes State as objective to systematize the historical trajectory of the College from the analysis about the struggle for the right to education in the context of the MST and the perspectives on the school from the subjects that constitute it - Seated Community, Pedagogical Team and. Based on this objective, the following specific objectives were developed: i) To record the historical trajectory of the Campo Chico Mendes State College; ii) Analyze the legal framework that provides the basis for public education policies in the Field in connection with the struggle for the right to school education in the context of the MST and iii) Systematize and reflect on the perspectives of the School Community - Seated Community, Pedagogical Team and Students - in relation to the achievement of the physical structure of the Campo Chico Mendes State College and its insertion in the Celso Furtado. In order to reach the proposed objectives, a qualitative research was carried out, through which bibliographical studies and field research were developed, with subsequent analysis of data from the empirical material. The systematization of the results of the research is organized in four parts: Introduction; Contextualization of the Celso Furtado settlement and the fight for the right to education in the MST from the institution of the Itinerant School in the Camp; Analysis of the public policy of Field Education, based on the struggle of the MST and the rural school in the context of the agrarian reform and Analysis of the process of construction of the physical structure of the Campo Chico Mendes State College, considering the mishaps of this process in dialogue with the perspectives of the subjects that make up the School. In this sense, it was analyzed the trajectory experienced by the College, which, among other factors, allowed the visibility of the subjects, historical agents, often forgotten, but who are the basis of history that occurs from the bottom up. The course of research allows us to contribute with an analysis about the historical process, which becomes formative, driven by collective struggle, centered on issues deeply linked to the subjects' lives.
