| Title: | Análise das relações entre doenças respiratórias e as variáveis climatológicas no Município de Erechim nos anos de 2008 a 2017 |

| Resume: | Há uma certa demanda em entender como clima e saúde se relacionam em determinadas localidades, pois a saúde humana é suscetível a sentir as alterações climáticas que permeiam o dia-a-dia. O espaço geográfico está atrelado ao componente da saúde, uma vez que, estudar a sua relação, evidencia uma forte troca de valores que correspondem e caracterizam um local. O munícipio de Erechim está localizado na região geográfica imediata do estado do Rio Grande do Sul, na Região Sul do Brasil e é caracterizado pelo clima subtropical. Tanto no município, como no estado do Rio Grande do Sul e no Brasil, destacam-se os elevados registros de internações por doenças do aparelho respiratório. Por esse motivo, procurou-se contribuir com as investigações e análises sob o foco da influência na variação dos elementos do clima com a saúde humana, a partir de um estudo de epidemiologia ecológica dos residentes de Erechim. Neste contexto, a pesquisa procura identificar as relações e influências da característica meteorológica da área de estudo, com as doenças respiratórias. Por meio do registro de internação pela enfermidade supracitada, foram coletados dados no período compreendido entre 2008 a 2017 da plataforma do DATASUS. Para o mesmo período, foram coletados dados das variáveis meteorológicas junto ao INMET. Os dados foram sistematizados e analisados para a análise de relação entre as variáveis. Com os resultados, foi identificado que o período compreendido entre o outono (meses de abril, maio e junho) registra os maiores valores de internações por doenças do aparelho respiratório. Crianças e idosos apresentaram os maiores registros em comparação com a população adulta. No computo total, a população masculina é quem registra o maior percentual de internações por doenças do aparelho respiratório. Visualiza-se que para além de compreender a relação do clima com a saúde humana, é necessário avançar nos estudos que possam contribuir significativamente para o desenvolvimento local do munícipio através de iniciativas que garantam um bem-estar social. |
| Abstract: | There is a certain demand to understand how climate and health are related in certain localities, because human health is susceptible to feel the climate changes that permeate the day to day. The geographic space is linked to the health component, since, studying its relation, evidences a strong exchange of values that correspond and characterize a place. The municipality of Erechim is located in the immediate geographic region of the state of Rio Grande do Sul, in the Southern Region of Brazil and is characterized by subtropical climate. Both in the municipality, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul and in Brazil, the high records of hospitalizations due to diseases of the respiratory system stand out. For this reason, we sought to contribute to the investigations and analyzes under the focus of influence on the variation of the elements of the climate with human health, based on an ecological epidemiology study of the residents of Erechim. In this context, the research seeks to identify the relationships and influences of the meteorological characteristic of the study area, with respiratory diseases. Through the registry of hospitalization for the aforementioned disease, data were collected in the period from 2008 to 2017 of the DATASUS platform. For the same period, meteorological data were collected from INMET. The data were systematized and analyzed for the analysis of the relationship between the variables. With the results, it was identified that the period between autumn (months of April, May and June) shows the highest values of hospitalizations due to diseases of the respiratory system. Children and the elderly presented the highest records in comparison with the adult population. In total, the male population has the highest percentage of hospitalizations due to diseases of the respiratory system. It is seen that in addition to understanding the relationship between climate and human health, it is necessary to advance studies that can significantly contribute to the local development of the municipality through initiatives that guarantee a social well-being. |
