Abstract: | Corn (Zea mays), is one of the crops of great economic importance, and an immense demand for the use of inputs, especially nitrogen fertilization, which makes the need to make a crop more sustainable. In this context, studies have been increasing with biological nitrogen fixation by corn crop, through inoculation of the bacterium Azospirillum brasiliense, which, according to researchers, are also growth promoters. In this work, we analyzed the efficiency of inoculation of this bacterium at different temperatures (20°C, 25°C, 30°C, 35°C, 40°C and control) before the seedling germination and growth process. For the analysis of the emergence data and seedling development, variance analysis was performed and the Tukey test was applied at 5% probability. In view of the results obtained, he observed that the different temperatures after inoculation did not present significant differences in any of the parameters analyzed, also, also showing no differences in relation to the witness, which was not inoculated. |
