| Resume: | Objetivos: Analisar qualidade da assistência pré-natal na cidade de passo Fundo- RS a partir de dados coletados do programa Sisprenatal. Metodologia: estudo ecológico de série temporal. Foram coletados dados de 4 relatórios gerados e emitidos pelo programa, em que foram avaliadas variáveis que mostram a o nível da captação e da adesão das gestantes usuárias do sus do município. Resultados: O número de gestantes que realizaram 6 ou mais consultas e que realizaram exames no 1º e 2º trimestre foi abaixo do esperado. Conclusões: Quando comparada a outros estudos, a qualidade da assistência pré-natal em Passo Fundo-RS se mostrou menos eficaz, visto que apresenta baixa captação precoce e adesão das gestantes ao pré-natal. É necessário que haja um fortalecimento nesse ponto pela gestão em saúde do município e que sejam feitos mais estudos avaliando de forma mais individualizada tais resultados. |
| Abstract: | Objectives: analysis of prenatal quality in the Passo Fundo – RS city from data collected from Sisprenatal. Methodology: An ecological time-series study. Data were collected from 4 reports generated and issued by the program, which evaluated variables that show the level of capture and adherence of the pregnant SUS users of the city. Results: The number of pregnant women who performed 6 or more visits and performed the tests in the 1st and 2nd trimester was below the expected. Conclusions: Prenatal care in Passo Fundo-RS even though it presents increasing values over the years, the early collection and adherence of pregnant is still low when compared to other studies. It is necessary a strengthening in this point by the management in health of the municipality and more studies are necessary to evaluate such results in a more individualized way. |
