| Resume: | Na agricultura ainda é pouco discutido a gestão da propriedade focando em seus custos e avaliação dos resultados. Este cenário aos poucos vem se alterando, visto os benefícios que a mesma proporciona. Uma boa gestão é a responsável pela permanência dos jovens e das famílias no meio rural, pois pode detectar falhas antecipadas e conseguir corrigir antes que a mesma se agrave e seja necessário a venda da propriedade. O presente trabalho buscou avaliar a gestão produtiva e financeira de uma propriedade rural familiar no município de Chopinzinho – PR, que trabalha com as atividades de bovinocultura leiteira, produção de queijo colonial, venda de mandioca e cultivo de grãos. Para a realização do mesmo foram coletados dados por meio de notas de compra e venda de produtos, anotações e conversa com os proprietários para então verificar o desempenho de cada atividade e o contexto geral da mesma no ano agrícola 2018 – 2019. Para isso, utilizou indicadores como endividamento geral, taxa de retorno, contribuição de cada atividade, índices de liquidez e margem EBITDA. Com base nos resultados foi observado que a gestão da mesma necessita de uma maior atenção tendo em vista sua baixa rentabilidade. Assim algumas sugestões foram apontadas buscando uma melhoria da eficiência da propriedade. |
| Abstract: | In agriculture there is still little discussion about property management focusing on its costs and evaluation of results. This scenario is slowly changing, given the benefits it provides. Good management is responsible for the permanence of young people and their families in rural areas, as it can detect early failures and be able to correct it before it gets worse and the sale of the property is necessary. The present work aimed to evaluate the productive and financial management of a family farm in the municipality of Chopinzinho - PR, which works with dairy cattle breeding, colonial cheese production, cassava sales and grain cultivation. Data were collected through purchase and sale notes, annotations and conversations with the owners to verify the performance of each activity and its general context in the 2018 - 2019 agricultural year. indicators such as general indebtedness, rate of return, contribution of each activity, liquidity ratios and EBITDA margin. Based on the results, it was observed that its management needs greater attention in view of its low profitability. Thus, some suggestions were pointed seeking an improvement of the efficiency of the property. |
