| Resume: | O presente trabalho é um estudo realizado na Cooperativa Tritícola Regional Santo Ângelo Ltda.-COTRISA, unidade de São Paulo das Missões, RS. O mesmo tem como objetivo analisar se a Cooperativa citada acima possui um controle referente ao recolhimento de embalagens vazias de agrotóxicos, ou, seja, se ela recolhe a mesma quantidade do que vende destes produtos. É de suma importância à necessidade de haver um controle sobre os processos envolvendo agrotóxicos, pelo fato de ser substâncias tóxicas vindo ocasionar problemas se não forem manuseados/destinados de forma correta. Referente a isso, o trabalho abordará a questão dos impactos que os agrotóxicos geram tanto ao meio ambiente quanto a saúde da população. Buscou-se apresentar as disposições legais sobre a venda, o uso/manuseio e o descarte das embalagens dos agrotóxicos na perspectiva de contribuir com a ‘‘construção’’ de um ambiente sustentável. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa com revisão bibliográfica e documental realizada no referido estabelecimento. |
| Abstract: | The present work is a study carried out in the Regional Tritícola Cooperativa Santo Ângelo Ltda.-COTRISA, unit of São Paulo das Missões, RS. The purpose is to analyze if the Cooperative mentioned above has a control regarding the collection of empty containers of pesticides, or, if it collects the same amount as it sells these products. It is extremely important to have a control over the processes involving pesticides, because being toxic substances will cause problems if they are not handled correctly. Regarding this, the work will address the impact of pesticides on the environment and the health of the population. The aim was to present legal provisions on the sale, use / handling and disposal of pesticide packaging in order to contribute to the construction of a sustainable environment. This is a qualitative research with bibliographical and documentary revision carried out in said establishment. |
