| Resume: | Trata-se de estudo transversal, que teve como objetivo avaliar o nível de qualidade de vida da população transgênero atendida no Centro de Referência em Saúde da População LGBT em Passo Fundo – RS. Para tanto, foi aplicado o questionário WHOQOL-BREF, bem como foi realizada coleta de dados sobre características sociodemográficas desses indivíduos. A amostra foi de 16 participantes. Os dados coletados foram duplamente digitados e submetidos à análise estatística. Assim, foi possível verificar que um nível de qualidade de vida geral em 62,3%, sendo que o domínio com escore mais baixo foi o psicológico, com 51,3%. Ao final, portanto, foi encontrado um baixo nível de qualidade de vida da população trans, indo ao encontro dos dados da literatura existente sobre o assunto. |
| Abstract: | This cross-sectional study aimed to evaluate the quality of life level of the transgender population treated at the LGBT Population Health Reference Center in Passo Fundo - RS. Therefore, the WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire was applied, as well as data collection on sociodemographic characteristics of these individuals. The sample consisted of 16 participants. The collected data were double entered and submitted to statistical analysis. Thus, it was possible to verify that a general quality of life level in 62.3%, and the domain with the lowest score was psychological, with 51.3%. In the end, therefore, a low level of quality of life of the trans population was found, meeting the data of the existing literature on the subject. |
