Abstract: | The aim of this study is to investigate possible associations between sitting time and low back pain (DL) in studies by investigating the screen domain. For this, searches were carried out in three electronic databases (Lilacs, Scielo and Pubmed), starting from the terms: low back pain, children and sedentary behavior. Studies carried out only in Brazilian territory, within the age group of 6 to 19 years of age and that presented analysis of associations between sedentary variables (CS) and DL, were included. Of the 714 references evaluated, 6 composed the descriptive synthesis as those that show that CS through screen time is related to DL when this period is greater than 2h / day. The present synthesis points to the need to evaluate other types of SC, such as time spent at school and / or leisure time to find out if there is a relationship with DL in children and adolescents. |
