| Resumo: | Em decorrência da Pandemia da Covid-19, que teve início em dezembro de 2019, o mundo precisou passar por readequações em seus modelos de trabalho. Diversos setores precisaram buscar alternativas para dar continuidade ao trabalho, inclusive o setor educacional, que, dessa forma, impulsionou a utilização do modelo de trabalho em home office. Porém não houve previamente um preparo para que as aulas fossem ministradas no formato remoto. Nesse sentido, o objetivo da pesquisa foi analisar qual o sentido do trabalho dos profissionais da educação básica da escola Escola Digital durante o home office. Para tanto, foi desenvolvida uma pesquisa na qual a metodologia é caracterizada como qualitativa, quanto aos objetivos classificada como exploratória descritiva. A coleta de dados ocorreu por meio de uma entrevista semiestruturada por meio de videochamada, com cinco professores de uma escola da rede privada que trabalharam durante o home office. A análise dos dados ocorreu por análise de conteúdo dos discursos. Os resultados obtidos em relação à mudança na rotina foram em preparar as aulas que chamassem a atenção do alunos; o formato das aulas; a perda do contato próximo aos alunos e o novo ambiente da sala de aula; além das adaptações com o conteúdo, da sala de aula e com as novas tecnologias; também as alterações do cotidiano e a mudança em transmitir o conhecimento. As principais dificuldades apontadas foram em tornar as aulas atrativas, em operar as ferramentas digitais, passar a ter as aulas assistidas pelos adultos e preparar o ambiente e a aula em casa. As potencialidades que foram despertadas no trabalho em home office apontaram-se para as aulas diferenciadas, o domínio sobre as ferramentas digitais, o aumento do potencial de trabalho e a informatização. A análise do sentido do trabalho home office, por intermédio do modelo de Morin (2002), destacou que os aspectos de ser intrinsecamente satisfatório, possuir relações humanas satisfatórias, garantir a segurança e autonomia e manter ocupado foram impactados durante o trabalho remoto, pois alterou a forma de trabalho dos profissionais da educação do ensino básico da Escola Digital. |
| Abstract/Resumen: | As a result of the Covid-19 Pandemic, which began in December 2019, the world had to go through readjustments in its work models. Several sectors had to look for alternatives to continue their work, including the educational sector, which boosted the use of the remote working model. However, there was no previous preparation for the classes to be taught in the remote format. In this sense, the goal of this research was to analyze the meaning of the work of basic education professionals at the Escola Digital school during the time they were working from home. To this end, a survey was developed in which the methodology is characterized as qualitative; as to the objectives, it is classified as exploratory descriptive. The data collection occurred through a semi-structured interview by video call with five teachers from a private school during remote working. The data analysis was done by content analysis of the speeches. The results obtained in relation to the change in the routine were in preparing classes that caught the students' attention; the format of the classes; the loss of close contact with the students and the new classroom environment; besides the adaptations with the content, the classroom, and the new technologies; also, the changes in the daily life and the change in transmitting knowledge. The main difficulties pointed out were in making the classes attractive, in operating the digital tools, in having the classes assisted by adults, and in preparing the environment and the class at home. The potentialities that were awakened in the remote working were the differentiated classes, the mastery of the digital tools, the increase in the work potential, and the computerization. The analysis of the meaning of remote working, through Morin's model (2002), highlighted that the aspects of being intrinsically satisfactory, having satisfactory human relations, ensuring security and autonomy, and keeping busy were impacted during the remote working, as it changed the way of working of the education professionals of the basic education of Escola Digital. |
