Análise da distribuição espacial dos imóveis rurais certificados pelo INCRA na região intermediária de Ijuí/RS

Abstract

The agrarian situation is an extremely important issue in Brazil, as it is a country with continental dimensions. Georeferencing began to have a greater focus at the national level with the enactment of Law 10.267 / 01, which emerged with the intention of organizing the Brazilian land system, as well as preventing land grabbing. With this in mind, this work aims to synthesize information about the current situation of the georeferencing of rural areas in Rio Grande do Sul. The objective was to evaluate how the rural property certification process is progressing, and for this, the number of georeferencing certifications carried out to date. To determine at what stage the state of Rio Grande do Sul is in relation to this theme, comparisons will be made between the list of rural properties that have already georeferenced with the total list of existing rural properties. This data comparison was made possible by using the INCRA database, which is easily accessible and available to any citizen. The total percentage of certified rural properties will be obtained through a comparison with the total sum of the area of rural properties present in the State of Rio Grande do Sul. Based on studies already carried out, a still low number of certified properties in the State is expected, and one of the great factors that derives from it is linked to the high number of smallholdings present in Rio Grande do Sul, which makes the process even longer. In addition to collecting data on georeferenced properties, a study will be carried out regarding the professionals who are currently certified and able to perform the georeferencing of rural properties in Rio Grande do Sul. The objective is to evaluate how the Environmental Engineer was introduced in this market. and Sanitary is, based on comparisons with other active professionals.
