Resume: | Trata-se da reflexão cartográfica produzida a partir da experiência em uma Estratégia Saúde da Família, cenário prático do Programa de Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde da Universidade Federal da Fronteira Sul, área de concentração Atenção Básica. Tem por tema a atenção à saúde da mulher com ênfase em uma experiência em saúde da mulher LGBTQIA+. Constitui uma pesquisa-intervenção realizada durante acolhimentos multiprofissionais em Saúde da Mulher e momentos de Educação Permanente em Saúde com a equipe de referência durante o período de abril a outubro de 2021, como necessidade apontada na análise territorial. Para tanto, foram utilizados os registros em Diário Cartográfico sobre os atendimentos realizados na ESF e os registros em relatórios dos encontros de educação permanente com a equipe de saúde da família. Esses registros foram sistematizados e organizados em categorias de análise que compõem as reflexões presentes nesse artigo. Conclui-se sobre a importância da afirmação da singularidade dos sujeitos como preceito ético no cuidado em saúde, assim como a promoção da equidade articulada à integralidade e à universalidade do SUS. Esta experiência destaca a relevância em adentrar espaços e produzir tensionamento na medida do contato com o novo, tendo pelo estranhamento, a matéria condutora de novas possibilidades |
Abstract: | This is the cartographic reflection produced from the experience in a Family Health Strategy, practical scenario of the Multiprofessional Residency Program in Health at the Federal University of Fronteira Sul, Primary Care concentration area. Its theme is women's health care with an emphasis on an LGBTQIA+ women's health experience. It is an intervention research carried out during multidisciplinary receptions in Women's Health and moments of Permanent Education in Health with the reference team during the period from April to October 2021, as a need identified in the territorial analysis. For this purpose, the records in the Cartographic Diary were used about the assistance provided in the FHS and the records in reports of the permanent education meetings with the family health team. These records were systematized and organized into categories of analysis that make up the reflections present in this article. It is concluded on the importance of affirming the singularity of subjects as an ethical precept in health care, as well as the promotion of equity articulated to the integrality and universality of the SUS. This experience highlights the importance of entering spaces and producing tension in the measure of contact with the new, having strangeness as the material that leads to new possibilities. |
