Abstract

This monograph aims to analyze the concept of angst from the study of Martin Heidegger's magnum opus, Being and Time, in order to infer the problem of affectivity in the project of the fundamental ontology, as well as exposing the notions of mood and attunement. To do so, a phenomenological reading will be undertaken, followed by the exegesis of some excerpts, from the work Being and Time, especially where Heidegger deals with the affective phenomenon of angst. So that, the ultimate goal of research is to achieve a fundamental attunement, which puts the being-there face-to- face with himself, thus seeking an authentic possibility of conceiving a philosophical experience. Nevertheless, departing from the clue that experience of angst has a philosophical quality, our analysis, first, will focus on the attunement, since it is in the context of this discussion that moods are developed by Heidegger. In this first part, the notions of being-in-the-world and disclosedness will be exposed. It will be shown how to being-there in your character of being-thrownness places him under the responsibility of being. Thirdly, we will work the notion of possibility as an existential that reveals to Dasein its own freedom. In all these three moments of the first part, the conductive wire of the investigation will be the moods. In a second part, we expose the notion of fundamental attunement of angst as an ontological structure that allows the Dasein to seize itself on its property. And since this implies a consequent isolation and uncanniness as fundamental and constitutive determinations of the being of Dasein.
