Índice de mecanização agrícola nas propriedades do município de Marcelino Ramos-RS

Abstract

Agriculture is becoming more important for countries seeking stability and economic quality for a country. Taking the purpose to understand the level of mechanization on farms if they are within the ranges. The information for this study was collected on nine farms in the municipality of Marcelino Ramos-RS, which is located in the community of Santa Barbara. Understand what diversification of these properties for that particular power in arable areas and compare with the total area. The areas having from 21 ha to 150 ha, with a good diversification of land for the study. In which, this study evaluated the total area and arable land, the respective power of each tractor inside the property to see if a sizing of equipment. Wherein the areas of smaller sizes tend to have a higher level of mechanization, with the major areas has decreased levels of mechanization in the agricultural area. Some cultures had a primary or secondary participation in agricultural mechanization. The results showed a high level of mechanization in smaller area compared to larger areas. The soybean crop had a better participation in the agricultural mechanization index followed by dairy cattle.
