Planejamento participativo de sistema agroflorestal como elemento recuperador de área degradada em unidade de produção familiar

Abstract

Agroforestry systems are highly efficient, also effective for the regeneration of local biodiversity where they are deployed, due to their ability to capture carbon dioxide transformed into biomass and improvements on chemical-physical conditions of the soil due to organic material, decreasing the agro-ecosystem losses. This participatory research proposed, through participatory type of qualitative research, one Agroforestry System as a stove element of degraded area, in family farming unit. Using participatory methodology with the Rauber family, small farmers in the municipality of Cantagalo - PR, workshops were brought relevant topics such as "what are Agroforestry Systems", "Ethnobotany", "Arrangements and evolution of Agroforestry Systems" and thus a technical proposal of an Agroforestry System were built, focused on the recovery of a degraded area and also with economic potential due to the production of banana and yerba mate, among other products.
