| Resume: | O presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar o jornal “Fôlha D’oeste”, periódico publicado em Chapecó, Santa Catarina, tendo como recorte cronológico os anos de 1967 e 1971, e a afirmação de um ideal de progresso predominantemente econômico que não abrangia qualquer outro, seja ele social, cultural, de cidadania ou que envolvesse algum tipo de minoria, definir uma associação ao crescimento do uso termo progresso durante os anos analisados e como ele pode ter contribuído para os direcionamentos da sociedade chapecoense como um todo. A proposta é realizar essa análise partindo desta perspectiva da nova História Política, onde o Jornal é visto como uma fonte e um agente político. Ao mesmo tempo, é analisando a influência do regime militar e de autoridades locais em suas publicações. Esse trabalho também leva em consideração a produção, circulação e difusão do jornal, aspectos que auxiliam na análise do seu conteúdo. |
| Resumen : | The present work aims to analyze the newspaper "Fôlha D'oeste", a periodical published in Chapecó, Santa Catarina, having as a chronological cut the years 1967 and 1971, and the affirmation of an ideal of strictly economic progress that did not cover any other , be it social, cultural, citizenship or involving some type of minority, define an association with the growth of the use of the term progress during the analyzed years and how it may have contributed to the directions of Chapecoense society as a whole. The proposal is to carry out this analysis from this perspective of the new Political History, where the newspaper is seen as a source and a political agent. At the same time, it analyzes the influence of the military regime and local authorities on its publications. This work also takes into account the production, circulation and dissemination of the newspaper, aspects that help in the analysis of its content |
