O processo de politização nas ocupações secundaristas de 2015 em São Paulo

Abstract

The objective of this research work is to explore a possible process of politicization in the period of the São Paulo high school students political activism of the year 2015 against the public school restructuring project of the government of Geraldo Alckmin. Using the empirical analysis of bibliographies as a research base, as well as elements of the subjectivity of ethnobiography to place the author within the object of study, once they were also a participant of the high school occupations in 2015. Firstly, constructing a historical reconstruction of the events through the political tensions between the government of São Paulo and the high school students - based on research concerning this historical event, as well as newspaper articles of the period, publications of the period on social networks as documents of the time, and also my own memory as participant of this political struggle. In the second chapter, we delve into the three dimensions of student practice: a) demands, b) methods of struggle, c) student and popular support. Understanding student political praxis we draw connections between it and politicization processes, relating the historical event and this concept regarding a hypothetical "political awakening".
