dc.description.abstractThis article is the product of a research that aimed to understand, from the perspective of academics participating in a sub-project of the Pedagogical Residence, what are the teaching knowledge for the training and performance of the teachers. The documentary and case study research, developed from the analysis of the reports produced by seven residents, all with activities carried out in a state high school, in city in the interior of Paraná, named in this research “Colégio Benedito”. The material was analyzed based on the theoretical assumptions of Textual Discursive Analysis (ATD) an with the aid of the software ATLAS.ti. After the analysis, it resulted in the mobilization of diverse knowledge based on the participation of the sub project and throughout the training with its experiences.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoEste artigo é produto de uma pesquisa que teve como objetivo compreender, na perspectiva dos acadêmicos participantes de um subprojeto da Residência Pedagógica quais são os saberes docentes necessários para a formação e atuação de professores. A pesquisa é documental e desenvolvida a partir da análise dos relatórios produzidos por sete residentes, todos com atividades realizadas em um colégio estadual, de nível médio, de uma cidade do interior do Paraná, nomeada nesta pesquisa de “Colégio Benedito”. O material foi analisado como base nos pressupostos teóricos da Análise Textual Discursiva (ATD) e com o auxílio do software ATLAS.ti. Após a análise, teve como resultado a mobilização de diversos saberes a partir da participação do subprojeto e ao longo da formação com as suas experiências.pt_BR
