Resume: | À medida que o vírus causador da COVID-19 alastrava-se, tornando-se uma pandemia a partir do final de 2019, também de forma frenética, as falsas ou precipitadas informações espalhavam-se rapidamente na comunidade, fazendo com que a veracidade e a ciência fossem questionadas e por vezes desacreditadas, dificultando todo o processo de enfrentamento ao vírus e à doença. Objetivando disseminar informações verídicas sobre o novo coronavírus, o intuito deste trabalho foi avaliar o alcance das informações científicas sobre a pandemia da COVID-19 divulgadas através das redes sociais Instagram ® e Facebook ®. Por meio de publicações nas duas redes sociais predefinidas, foi criado e divulgado conteúdo durante 8 meses, embasado em material de cunho técnico-científico, utilizando-se de uma abordagem clara ao público, proporcionando fácil entendimento aos leitores. Este presente trabalho obteve através das duas redes sociais um alcance promissor, em cidades principalmente de Santa Catarina e Rio Grande do Sul, além de 7 países distintos, e ainda, obteve um total de 21.581 interações com o público, resultados que foram compilados, analisados e observados com potenciais otimistas. Contribuindo assim, para a disseminação de conteúdos em significativo alcance, auxiliando na promoção de saúde em relação à COVID-19, com embasamento na comunidade científica. |
Abstract: | As the virus that caused COVID-19 spread, becoming a pandemic from the end of 2019, also frantically, false or hasty information spread rapidly in the community, making the veracity and science were questioned and sometimes discredited, making the whole process of fighting the virus and the disease difficult. Aiming to disseminate true information about the new coronavirus, the purpose of this work was to evaluate the reach of scientific information about the COVID-19 pandemic disseminated through the social networks Instagram ® and Facebook ®. Through publications on two predefined social networks, content was created and disseminated over 8 months, based on technical-scientific material, using a clear approach to the public, providing easy understanding to readers. This present work obtained, through the two social networks, a promising reach, in cities mainly in Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul, in addition to 7 different countries, and also, obtained a total of 21,581 interactions with the public, results that were compiled, analyzed and observed with optimistic potentials. Thus contributing to the dissemination of content with a significant reach, helping to promote health in relation to COVID-19, based on the scientific community. |
