Mulheres empreendedoras de Chapecó-SC: uma análise sobre os conflitos entre vida pessoal e trabalho

Abstract

Female entrepreneurship is increasingly gaining space in the entrepreneurial world. Women are increasingly showing how they can manage and succeed. But so, as a woman assumes great responsibilities as an entrepreneur, she also has responsibilities in her personal life. With this, the present study aimed to analyze the perceotions of women entrepreneurs from Chapecó SC, in relation to the conflict of personal and professional life. In order to seek to answer the research problem, the changes they had when starting to undertake were fleeting, what entrepreneurial characteristics do women have, what difficulties they encountered when reconciling work and personal life, what responsibilities they assume in their personal life and the relationship with your entrepreneurial profile. The nature of the study is qualitative, the research was classified as descriptive and for the means as field reserarch. For data collection, a semistructured interview was used, realize in person. The interviews were conducted with eight women entrepreneurs from Chapecó from different fields. The results presented at the end of the research showed that women assume great responsibilities in their personal lives, whether with children, husband, boyfriend/girlfriend, animals, and still try to have time for leisure and take care of themselves. Being an entrepreneur requires a lot of time, as the women interviewed use through entrepreneurial characteristics, mainly organization and planning, as the strategy they find to handle everything. While some have support from their partners, others don't have as much, and need to pull the lead in relation to home and children.
