| Resume: | O presente trabalho visa compreender as transformações no cotidiano dos moradores do Bairro Efapi. População essa que, em sua maioria deixou suas vidas no campo em busca de novas oportunidades na cidade. A saída, para muitos, é a busca por trabalho na agroindústria, principalmente a Sadia. Nesta pesquisa buscou abordar a formação do bairro dentro das políticas municipais da cidade, analisando os planos diretores do município dos anos 70, com fontes através de teses e livros sobre a história regional. A análise desses documentos possibilita identificar a influências de políticas exercidas pelos empresários agroindustriais e pelo poder público na constituição da expansão urbana nas regiões de moradias de operários das agroindústrias. Também foram realizados entrevistas orais, para identificar as principais alterações na vida dessa população, principalmente abordando as diferenças da vida que eles tinham no campo, em relação aos novos modos de vida que eles passaram a ter na cidade e observar as alterações no cotidiano desses moradores, tendo como base a influência no ambiente exercida pelas agroindústrias da região, principalmente a Sadia. |
| Abstract: | This study aims to understand the changes in the daily lives of residents of Efapi neighborhood. Population that left their countryside lifestyle mostly in search of new opportunities in the city. For many, that meant searching for work in agrobusiness, especially at Sadia S.A. This research sought to address the becoming of the neighborhood within the municipal city policies, analyzing the master plans of the municipality of the 70's, through theses and books on regional history. The analysis of these documents enabled the identification of the influences posed by agrobusiness entrepreneurs and Government in the urban expansion of these companies' worker's housing regions. Oral interviews were also conducted to identify the main changes in the lives of this population, mainly addressing the differences of life they had in the field, on the new ways of life that they now have in the city and observe the changes in the daily lives of these residents, based on the influence exerted on that environment by agribusiness in the region, specifically Sadia's. |
