Educação de jovens e adultos: sujeitos, formação e trabalho – olhares a partir de documentos curriculares

Abstract

The present dissertation aims to investigate which approaches or possibilities are present in the curricular documents of the final years of the municipal fundamental teaching of the EJA in the city of Erechim, Rio Grande do Sul, for a proposition of an integral formation for the world of the work together to young and adult subjects. As a theoretical research contribution for an overview of the relationship between comprehensive training and the world of work in Youth and Adult Education, authors such as Arroyo (2006, 2007 and 2013), Mellucci (2001), Ciavatta (2011), Ventura (2012), Marx and Engels (2001), Moll (2010) and Sanceverino (2016). In order to deepen the understanding of who are the subjects of Youth and Adult Education, the authors Castells (1999), Miranda (2017), Cuche (2002), Arroyo (2005), Di Pierro (2005), Gadotti (1995), Neiva (2010) and Freire (1992), already to underpin the understanding of comprehensive training for the world of work in EJA, counted, among several authors, with Anderson (1995), Almeida and Trevisol (2019 ), Sanceverino (2017), Cerrati (2007), Dourado (2017), Lombardi and Saviani (2008), Freire (1979, 1987), Moll (2010), Silva (2004), Rummert (2008, 2019), Oliveira and Almeida (2009) and Velis (2018). In its methodology, it is considered the research of qualitative approach, Prodanov and Freitas (2013), Minayo (1994), Ludke and André (1986), being of the exploratory and descriptive type. As technical instruments, bibliographical research will be used by Gil (2010), Minayo (1994), AlvesMazzotti (2002) and documentary research by Gil (2002) and Pádua (1997). Through bibliographical research, a survey and analysis of productions concerning the research topic carried out in the last ten years was carried out. The documentary research intended to understand the vision and principles of comprehensive training for the world of work in Youth and Adult Education, which guide the training of young and adult subjects in municipal education, through the analysis of the Municipal Education Plan (PNE) , School Rules of the research institution, as well as the Political Plan (PPP) of the same. As for data analysis, we used content analysis, Bardin (2016). As a product of the present investigation, a diagnosis was elaborated showing which approaches or possibilities are present in the curricular documents, final years of the municipal fundamental education of the EJA, for a proposition of an integral formation for the world of the work next to the young subjects and adults . It was possible to conclude, through the analysis of the curricular documents in the light of the theoretical framework, that there is an approximation of the integral formation to the valorization of the experiences and the knowledge produced by the subjects of the EJA, to which it is intended to link to the scientific knowledge, as well as the reception and a quest to provide the necessary conditions to guarantee the formation of these students. On the other hand, the presence of incentives for professional initiation in fundamental education, in the final years, proved to be a counterpoint to the intentions of providing a more humane and emancipatory comprehensive education. This setback proved to be a potential possibility of overcoming the vision of professional initiation, under the expansion of the understanding about who the subjects of EJA are, the approach of work as ontological, inherent to the history and action of man in the world, and , consequently of comprehensive training for the world of work. It was evident that the results presented through this work can contribute to the reflection that is necessary on the part of all those involved in the elaboration of the guidelines of the municipal EJA of Erechim, collaborating for even more improvements in the pedagogical praxis of the Education of Young People and Adults in the municipality.
