A organização funcional do processo administrativo em uma clínica de fisioterapia, localizada no município de Cerro Largo – RS

Abstract

The present work presents as a theme the structure organizational in a physiotherapist clinic, an organizational tool that supports the structural and functional efficiency of the company. The main objective of the study is to understand the influence of the study of organizational structure, in the administrative process of a physical therapy clinic in the city of Cerro Largo/RS. In order to achieve the main objective, the current organizational structure of the physical therapy clinic was reviewed; the administrative process of the physical therapy clinic was characterized; relationships between the organizational structure and the administrative process of a physical therapy clinic were established, and a model of organizational structure for a physical therapy clinic in Cerro Largo, RS, Brazil was proposed. As a theoretical support, the concepts of administration and organization, the evolution of models of structuring and organizational systems, and the formalization of the administrative process of organizations were discussed. The research is classified as qualitative and descriptive, using data collection techniques of non-participant observation and document analysis. The content analysis tool was used for data processing and analysis. As a result, the organizational structure of the clinic was possible to identify, identifying the main services provided by the company, the administrative sectors and the nature of the relationship between employees and clients. A proposal was made for an organizational chart of the company's sectors and services, aiming at creating a more efficient organization, since the division of functions helps to avoid overburdening employees, thus increasing the efficiency of the sectors. Also, a proposal of a flow chart has been made for the clinic, which includes the customer service, promoting the levels of professional excellence, because communication, attention and concern enrich the customer service, besides improving the organization of the customer service. The conclusion is that the organizational structure is effective as a tool for organization, which results in quality care for clients who need the services provided by the physiotherapy clinic.
