Gestão de microempresas e as ferramentas de gestão de estoque no setor farmacêutico

Abstract

Inventory management has revealed to be increasingly important for the company to have a better improvement, seeking, through its control, to reduce waste and consequently reduce costs. Therefore, the following work aims to point out the main contributions of inventory management tools in micro-companies in the pharmaceutical sector found in the works of the Google Scholar database in the last three years. The work focuses on a bibliographical study, where four studies were selected through the keywords, inventory management, pharmaceutical sector and micro-companies for data analysis. After identifying the existing information in each selected study, it was identified that the main contributions of these studies were the reduction of waste, reduction of costs and the generation of competitive advantages between companies. In the end, it was concluded that in addition to the contributions specified in each study, each company ought to identify the best way to carry out inventory management. An example would be the use of management indicators recommended in the study, thus contributing to the progress of the company.
