Profissionais credenciados no SIGEF/INCRA na região intermediária de Ijuí/RS

Abstract

One of the problems faced in the area of georeferencing of rural properties is the number of working professionals accredited by INCRA and the spatial distribution of these professionals in the regions of the state of Rio Grande do Sul. With the registration with SIGEF/INCRA, the professionals can provide services to georeference rural areas, avoiding the appropriation and transfer of properties in an irregular way, as well as preventing land grabbing and the formation of illegal latifundia; all this by determining the limits by coordinates of the Brazilian Geodesic System - SGB. Studies concerning the territorial distribution of the professionals who work in this activity are still little known. In this research, we tried to analyze the spatial distribution and the availability of professionals in the Intermediate Region of Ijuí, located in the northwest of the State of Rio Grande do Sul. It’s a study by means of a data analysis carried out through the SIGEF/INCRA platform, with data survey of the professionals registered in the system, from different areas of training, who are registered and able to provide the georeferencing service of rural property areas. It’s concluded in this work, that there are municipalities that don’t have qualified professionals. In this work carried out, many municipalities do not have accredited professionals, that is, of the 77 municipalities surveyed, 34 municipalities have accredited professionals. The total of accredited professionals in all the municipalities listed comes to 85 professionals. The immediate region with the highest percentage of georeferenced areas is São Luiz Gonzaga, with 33.71%, followed by Ijuí, with 22.43%. The immediate regions with the lowest percentage of georeferenced areas are Três de Maio, with 0.93%, and Cerro Largo, with 1.83%. The other immediate regions listed are Santa Rosa, Santo Ângelo and Três Passos.
